Developing and fostering these partnerships, and knowing that we are supporting the livelihoods of many people along the journey, is the best part of the work we do.
MEET THE GROWERS
Growers are our lifeline with whom we develop and nurture meaningful, long-term relationships. While they labor to produce their crops, our mission is to help them cultivate sustainable businesses by offering fair prices, ideas, and market knowledge to reap the highest gain for their effort.
We’re eager to learn what is unique and different about our growers. We take company field trips, literally to the fields, and taste their goods right from the ground, branch, or vine. The better we understand their business, the more we can share our broad market view and understanding of the organic industry to help them flourish.
Over twenty years of experience as buyers, growers, and retailers combined with daily attention to the marketplace helps us to anticipate and communicate future trends and developments in the organic produce industry. We help our growers create a long-term strategy that benefits the farmer, consumer, and the land.

For over 35 years Coastal View Produce has been growing high-quality, organic asparagus in Gonzales, in the heart of the Salinas Valley. Weather dependent, the season starts up in February and runs through July 4th.

Side Hill Citrus Satsumas grown in the Sacramento Foothills herald in the citrus season. Rich Ferreira is a 4th generation farmer who started with only 75 trees back in 1975. Rich has been certified organic since 1991 and now has over 2000 trees.

We regularly donate produce to organizations throughout California. 1,040,390 pounds of organic fruits and vegetables were donated and delivered by us to organizations providing relief to people affected by food insecurity since the start of the pandemic. Thank you to everyone who has worked to make this massive milestone happen.

Earl’s Organic started back in 1988, and has grown to over 120 employees over the past 30+ years. Our team is known to be energetic and fun. We are a respectful, collaborative, hardworking team that is passionate about promoting organic produce and a sustainable food trade.
