CONGRATULATIONS TO EARL’S NEWEST BUYER & PURCHASING MANAGER

We are pleased to announce Dan Theriault as Earl’s newest Buyer and Rick Kilby’s promotion to Purchasing Manager.

Dan was born and raised in Sunnyvale, California. He has worked in retail grocery and produce most of his life, with 7 years’ experience buying produce for distribution centers.

Rick came to Earls in 2021 with over 15 years of experience in the organic produce industry. Prior to Earl’s, Rick was the Produce Manager/Buyer for Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op where he managed a team of 17 employees. Rick’s retail, purchasing, and leadership experience make him a great choice as our new Purchasing Manager.
